Favoured materials are sourced from various second hand suppliers,

charity shops, discarded clothing and textiles, childrens toys and books and various household objects including tea cups and cake decorating fancies.

Polka Dot Rabbit consigns to various shops around Melbourne and also

participates in craft markets. You may have seen Polka Dot Rabbit stalls at Section 8 Craft Cartel, Stafford Street Warehouse Parties, Winterfest, Forepaw, Ceres or the Melbourne Social Forum.

Cate is passionate about mental health and writes about her own experiences in her blog. She is the successful recipient of a Community Support grant by the City of Melbourne to run crafting workshops this year in conjunction with VMIAC in 2008 for women experiencing mental health issues.
